Rodenstock and Nikon Lens Specialist
The latest lens technology allows many high powered lenses to be made thinner and lighter than ever before. This can make spectacles look better and feel a lot more comfortable. Coatings can be added to aid scratch resistance and lengthen the life of lenses. They can be anti-reflection coated to reduce glare and remove annoying surface reflections – this can make lenses look almost invisible and is especially helpful for night driving and computer use.
Most lenses can be ordered with a choice of tints. If you prefer lenses that are normally nearly clear but go dark when exposed to UV light, you can order Colormatic or Transitions VI lenses in either brown or grey. The change from nearly clear to dark occurs in a matter of seconds ensuring healthy, and comfortable vision.
